Fleming III. The settlement agreement comes in response to several patent infringement lawsuits filed in the District of Idaho. The parties have also agreed to dismiss with prejudice all of the pending litigations, including claims made against certain of Escort's customers by Mr. Fleming. As part of the agreement, Escort has now secured rights to all of Mr. Fleming's radar detection technology patents for itself and its current and future customers.
