Top Image Delays Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

TEL AVIV, Dec. 13, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Top Image Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ:TISA), a global innovator of intelligent content processing solutions, today announced that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was scheduled to take place on December 14, 2015 at 10 a.m. Israel time, has been rescheduled to take place on December 28, 2015 at 10 a.m. Israel time.  The location at which the meeting is to take place - at the Company’s Israel headquarters at B.S.R. Tower 1, 2 Ben Gurion St., Ramat Gan, Israel - remains unchanged.  Shareholders of record at the close of business on November 25, 2015 are entitled to vote at the rescheduled meeting and at any adjournments.

The Board of Directors has elected to adjourn the meeting to allow additional time in order to communicate with shareholders about certain proposals and to consider feedback received from some significant shareholders regarding certain proposals.  The Company expects to accomplish these tasks in the time remaining prior to the rescheduled meeting date and will communicate any relevant material information.
