The Company would like to thank Mr. Hill for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Sum Poon as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Poon will also continue to act as the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

Gold Horn is a capital pool company ("CPC") within the meaning of the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange that has not commenced commercial operations and has no assets other than cash. The board of directors of Gold Horn consists of Sum Poon, Victor Dusik, and Jason Krueger.
