Jason Industries, Inc. Announces Dividend on Preferred Stock

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jason Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:JASN) (NASDAQ:JASNW) (the "Company" or "Jason"), parent company to a global family of manufacturing leaders in the seating, finishing, automotive acoustics, and components markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend payment on the Company's 8.0% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock ("Series A Preferred Stock").

The dividend on the Series A Preferred Stock will be payable on January 1, 2016, to holders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2015. The quarterly payment will be $20.00 per share.
