Management to Attend the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance Conference and the Imperial Capital Security Investor Conference

(“Ascent” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:ASCMA) announced today that it will attend the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2015 Leveraged Finance Conference being held at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, FL on Friday, December 4, 2015. Mr. Michael Meyers, Chief Financial Officer of Ascent Capital Group and its subsidiary Monitronics International, Inc., will attend one-on-one meetings with investors.
Mr. Jeffery Gardner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Monitronics, and Mr. Bill Fitzgerald, Ascent Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will be attending the Imperial Capital Security Investor Conference on December 10, 2015 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York and participating in one-on-one meetings with investors.
