One of the first titles to pioneer the freemium model on a mobile platform, "Smurfs' Village" has seen 78 content updates to date with the Smurfs exploring far flung locations like forests, desert islands, mountain tops and even space. A new major area, the game's 5th, is slated for release early next year.

"Smurfs'™ Village" launched in November of 2010 and quickly jumped to the top of the App Store's Top Free and Top Grossing charts. To date, "Smurfs' Village" has appeared as the top-grossing app in 80 countries. The title also ranked within the top 100 top-grossing apps for iPad for more than 1,000 consecutive days on Apple's App Store.

In "Smurfs' Village" players build Smurfs' village from the ground up after an attack from the evil Gargamel. Based on the original cartoon and comic art, players begin the game with only a single mushroom house and a lone plowed plot of land. From there, things quickly progress, allowing players to build specialized houses, elaborate gardens with colorful crops, bridges to span running rivers, trodden paths, and more.

"Smurf's Village" recently saw a sequel release to the App Store. Dubbed, "Smurfs Village and the Magical Meadow," the game modernized the "Smurf's Village" experience with beautiful 3D graphics and enhanced gameplay.
