(NYSE: INF). Mr. Craig Noble and Mr. Sam Arnold remain as Co Portfolio Managers of the Fund.

Mr. Alexander is a Portfolio Manager for the firm's global infrastructure securities business. Mr. Alexander focuses his fundamental research on European and Australian infrastructure companies. Mr. Alexander was previously with SNL Financial, specializing in the energy sector, encompassing power, natural gas and coal. Mr. Alexander earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Corporate Finance from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
