The modules to be implemented include eSourcing, Spend Analysis, Financial Savings Management, Contract Management, Supplier Management and Project Management.

The American retailer was looking to replace its existing sourcing system with a new, state-of-art procurement system which was on a modern technology platform, fast and easy to use. After a very rigorous due diligence, sandbox testing and training for procurement personnel, they selected Zycus’ Strategic Sourcing Suite solution. The key reasons for selection included ease of use, well integrated modules and customer responsiveness.

The implementation will be across all locations of the organization in North America with ‘unlimited users’ license. The new system will go-live in March 2016. Approximately 50 core procurement staff will be trained on the new system by Zycus and rest will be trained following the ‘train-the-trainer’ concept to ensure a high adoption rate across the organization.
