• Insys distributes Subsys through both specialty and traditional retail pharmacies. All pharmacies that fulfill Subsys prescriptions are fully independent.
• The Company's relationships with every pharmacy that fulfills Subsys prescriptions are non-exclusive, in that each of these pharmacies may also fulfill prescriptions for other pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Insys does not own or have any ownership interest in any pharmacy and does not possess an option to acquire any pharmacy.
