New Rights Management Platform Empowers Artists

/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/23/15 -- Transmitter Studios Inc. and Granitewish Entertainment have teamed up to build an artist focused tool which enables rights holders to easily manage a complicated global rights system.

Rights.Kit provides artists and composers with the ability to register and store all of their IP information, track the use of all of their properties, and collect the money they've earned.

Rights.Kit is a joint venture between Adam Leon (Transmitter Studios) and Christian Hurst (Granitewish Entertainment).

Leon has developed applications for many organizations including The Detroit Red Wings and Schools Without Borders, and is cofounder of AppSeed, a sketch to prototype app featured in Wired, Forbes & Techcrunch.

Hurst is the Director of Music Supervision and Licensing at The Eggplant Stereo, and has worked as a songwriter, producer, publisher and manager, navigating the industry challenges Rights.Kit is solving first hand.

Rights.Kit is presently raising seed funding.
