Tim Laden is the first Chief Appraiser at Dart Appraisal, previously serving as the first Quality Assurance Manager for the AMC. Laden will continue his efforts in appraiser coaching and counseling, while also providing escalation support for employees, appraisers and customers. Tracey Volltrauer is the first Director of Compliance at Dart Appraisal, a position now included in the Dart Executive Team.

Tracey Volltrauer has been promoted to Director of Compliance from Vendor Manager and is now a member of the Dart Executive Team. This is a new position focusing on compliance efforts for both state and federal regulations, as well as on fulfilling the AMC’s own compliance strategy.  Volltrauer joined Dart as the Vendor Coordinator in 2010 and became the company’s first Vendor Manager in 2012.
