Western Hemisphere: Ambassador David Thorne to Lead U.S. Chamber of Commerce Business Delegation to Panama and Colombia
Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State Ambassador David Thorne will participate in a U.S. Chamber of Commerce business delegation to Panama and Colombia, September 15-18. Ambassador Thorne will lead the delegation in meetings with senior government officials and business representatives as part of the Shared Prosperity Agenda. This trip will provide U.S. business leaders with the opportunity to engage with senior government officials, explore opportunities regarding trade expansion, gain insights on the investment and business climate, and network with the leaders of major Panamanian and Colombian enterprises.
