Speech: Commissioner Malmström talks TTIP with national parliamentarians

EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström today spoke in Riga at the 53rd meeting of COSAC. The meeting brings together members of national parliaments who follow EU affairs from all across the Union. The Commissioner stressed the vital role of national parliaments in TTIP, both as channels for citizens' concerns and priorities and as fora for debating the issues at stake.
