The ADP services are being provided to I-Texts to provide applications for new organizations and representatives in addition to making the payments to the organizations and representatives. The Company also confirmed that it will be applying to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") to have the I-Texts dividend shares able to be deposited with the Depository Trust Company ("DTC"), to be credited to brokerage account by the end of the month.
