Wilton Neto and Gian Martinez joined Coca-Cola Founders in 2013. Wilton is a serial entrepreneur who founded his first startup at the age of 16, and created a business that was named “one of the 50 most innovative startups in Brazil.” Gian was an intrapraneur at Coca-Cola, building two startups inside the company before joining the Coca-Cola Founders platform.

Together they are partnering with Coca-Cola to build Winnin, the place where people choose the best videos from across the Web.

Who is your hero?

Wilton: I don't really believe in heroes.

Gian: My parents.

What is your favorite food?

Wilton: The kind I can share with my wife, family and friends.

Gian: The kind that comes with great memories with family and friends.

Wilton: To cook, travel and run.

What is a little known fact about you?

Wilton: I like to listen to "Sertaneja" which is Brazilian country music.

Gian: I love to create games with my little Sebastian (2 years old).
