Barbose will make observations about RPS trends and will also provide a preview of two upcoming research projects from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, one quantifying the benefits of state RPS programs and the other analyzing implications of scheduled Investment Tax Credit reversions for state RPS.
