EA Wins 2014 Innovation in Diversity Award
EA is proud to be recognized by the Diversity Journal for their 11th annual International Innovations in Diversity Award!
Each year, Diversity Journal profiles organizations and businesses that have installed programs aimed at creating a more diversified, inclusive workplace. We are absolutely thrilled to be a part of this years top 10 for our LGBT inclusion initiatives!
Last year, EA hosted the Full Spectrum event and joined in on Pride Parades around the globe, and our players overwhelmed us with their support for our Humble Origin Bundle which raised funds for the Human Rights Campaign amongst other charities.
At EA, we encourage our employees to Start You, Stay You and were very proud that our efforts to support individuality have been recognized alongside many other excellent companies by the Diversity Journal.
While many of our initiatives are born as a reflection of our culture, all are fully embraced by the leadership team at EA, said Andre Chambers, Global Head of Diversity Inclusion for EA in the latest issue of Diversity Journal. As an organization, we believe that having a diverse and inclusive perspective helps us build better games.
