DOE Selects 8(a) Small Business for Technical Support Services at Denver Federal Center
Cincinnati - The Department of Energy today awarded an estimated $6 million contract to Synergy Solutions, Inc., of Oak Ridge, Tennessee to provide technical and administrative support services for Building 55 at the Denver Federal Center. The contract has a five-year performance period.
Synergy Solutions, Inc. is a small-disadvantaged business under the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program. This is a firm fixed- price contract with one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract Line Item (CLIN).
The work to be performed under the contract includes but is not limited to the following:
• Security Services • Documents and Record Management • Classification and Declassification Activities • Information Resource Management • Facility Management
The mission of the DOE Environmental Management program is the safe cleanup of the environmental legacy resulting from five decades of nuclear weapons development and Government-sponsored nuclear energy research.
