On Tuesday, June 10, 2014, the President signed into law:
H.R. 1726, which provides for the award of a single congressional gold medal in honor of the 65th Infantry Regiment, known as the Borinqueneers, in recognition of its pioneering military service, devotion to duty, and many acts of valor in the face of adversity; and
H.R. 3080, the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of2014, which authorizes construction of 34 Army Corps of Engineers water resources projects for flood risk management, navigation, hurricane and storm damage risk reduction, and environmental restoration; modifies previously authorized projects; and contains numerous other water resources project‑related provisions.
