Bontell has recently joined the company as the Vice President and General Manager of Domestic Business. In this role, Mike has full responsibility for North America profitability.

Prior to joining ISO Group, Mike was the Director, Sales & Marketing for Cobham Aerospace Communications, North America and member of the business unit’s Executive Leadership Team. He has a comprehensive Aerospace Sales & Marketing background with 20 years of industry experience.

Mike is retired from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He served in a variety of leadership positions in both operational Marine Corps helicopter flying squadrons and Marine Aviation Maintenance & Logistics units.

He is a graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his MBA from Webster University.
