The prescription painkiller epidemic is killing more women than ever before. New data shows prescription painkiller overdose deaths among women have skyrocketed. Since 1999, the percentage increase in deaths was more than 400 percent among women compared to 265 percent in men.  What is causing this, and what can be done?
