For the 11th year in a row Renewable Choice Energy (RCE) provided clean energy for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The festival purchased carbon emission reductions and Green-e certified renewable energy certificates (RECs) generated from wind power to offset 100% of the emissions generated by the festival. The emissions include those generated by festival operations, offices, and the travel of attendees and performers to and from the festival. Over the last five years the festival has purchased more than five megawatt hours of wind power.
