James Walter, Vice-Chairman of OFS, has named Rich Napoli as CEO of ObjectFrontier, Inc. (OFS-US). Mr. Napoli, promoted from COO, will align his leadership team and set the processes necessary for the next stage of growth in the US market. Rich Napoli’s leadership team consists of: Dominic Savio, COO/CTO, responsible for driving technology innovation and client delivery with the help of direct-report John Nagel, VP of Delivery; James Houghton, CFO, overseeing the Finance, HR, and Legal departments; Eric Fleischer, VP of Sales, responsible for all US business development and sales activities; and Susana Caparros, Director of US Marketing Communications, responsible for the branding of OFS while assisting Sales with lead generation.
Mr. Napoli joined OFS three years ago and under his direction, the company has achieved substantial, three-digit growth each year.
