May 29 Tribal Renewable Energy Webinar to Highlight Regional Transmission Planning Efforts
The U.S. Department of Energy Office of Indian Energy, the DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy's Tribal Energy Program, and the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) will present the next Tribal Renewable Energy Series webinar, "Regional Transmission Planning," on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Speakers from WAPA's Rocky Mountain Region, its Upper Great Plains Region, and WestConnect will provide an overview of various interconnection-based regional transmission planning efforts.
