A holiday video stars the Pillsbury Doughboy and you

The folks at Pillsbury work hard to help consumers with ideas on food and entertaining, particularly during the holidays. They also like to have a little fun, some of which now comes in a customized holiday video that anyone can create online.
The new Pillsbury TV commercial “Nose Knows” features the Pillsbury Doughboy heading home for the holidays, and consumers can share their memories of home and the holidays as well by making their own digital greeting card.
The goal was to create a warm and emotional holiday TV spot. That's the commercial that people can view when they visit the Memories Made Easy website.
Beyond that, Pillsbury wanted to let consumers interact with the brand by creating their own holiday video that they can share with family and friends.
The commercial features the original song, "Home," by Andrew Simple. The song also accompanies the video that individuals create.
Creating the customized holiday video is an easy process. People upload photos from their computer, select one of four greetings, preview the video, and then share it through email, Facebook or Twitter.
The Pillsbury Doughboy has been an advertising icon for almost 50 years. He was introduced in 1965.
