"This is a major undertaking for the helpline" Says the helpline representatives, " Our first Midwest launch will reach Chicago,Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus,Detroit, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and St. Louis." The second round will be aimed at Toledo, Ohio; St. Paul, Minnesota; Lincoln, Nebraska; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Madison, Wisconsin; Des Moines, Iowa; Akron, Ohio; Aurora, Illinois; Springfield, Missouri; and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
