The husband and wife team of Karen and Randy Holder are the owners of the newest real estate brokerage firm to set up operations on this prime section of Florida's Gulf Coast. Both Randy and Karen Holder have been successful Florida real estate professionals since 2007, so it was no surprise when in December 2012 the couple made the decision to open their own brokerage agency.
The first order of business was to find an ideal location for their new agency, which they did. "There were two primary reasons for choosing this location. We wanted 30-A highway frontage and visibility and we also wanted a location that was as close to the middle of 30-A as we could get. Our new location fulfills both requirements," said owner and co-founder of HomesOn30a, Karen Holder. "We now have completely renovated and professionally appointed offices in the 5300 block of Highway 30-A in the Lakewood Town Center."
Finding the right location was a vital step in establishing the agency in the new neighborhood but so was their decision to keep their business operating under the name HomesOn30a. "The decision to continue using HomesOn30a was a given and made our transition much easier. We have grown to understand the value of branding and how critical web marketing is in the real estate sales business today," said co-owner and sales exec Randy Holder.
