Estate planning attorney Andrew White will give a presentation covering the effective drafting of wills and trusts to fellow attorneys at a Continuing Legal Education seminar.

The presentation, written by Mr. White, will cover the basic tax considerations involved in choosing the appropriate estate plan for clients. This includes tax considerations of drafting living or testamentary trusts, marital deduction planning qualifications and basic formula approaches, estate and gift taxes, generation-skipping transfer taxes, and the income tax ramifications of trusts.
Mr. White's seminar will help attendees gain a clear understanding of the tax implications of estate planning. Using his years of experience, Mr. White will help fellow attorneys ensure that their clients' estate planning needs are met in the most tax-efficient manner possible.
This seminar will take place on December 19th in at the Dayton Grand Hotel from 9:00am to 4:30pm. Attorneys, paralegals, trust officers, and accountants are encouraged to attend. Andrew White's presentation will begin at 1:15pm and end at 2:30.
