Berkeley Eye Center's Woodlands Location Relocates To Better Serve Patients

/EINPresswire.com/ Berkeley Eye Center's Woodlands location relocated to St. Luke's - The Woodlands campus on August 27. The move allows the practice to consolidate its full-service ophthalmology and optometry clinic, laser center and optical shop into one location.

Berkeley Eye Center's Woodlands location relocated to St. Luke's - The Woodlands campus on August 27. The new facility is located in Medical Arts Center III at 17450 St. Luke's Way, Suite 100, The Woodlands, TX 77384, only a brief three and a half miles from its former location. The former Berkeley Eye Center facility at 9191 Pinecroft Drive, Suite 125 and 225 closed after business August 24.

Located near I-45 and Hwy 242, the new facility allowed the practice to consolidate its full-service ophthalmology and optometry clinic, laser center and optical shop into one location. The relocation also increased the size of the office, enabling the practice to offer additional exam rooms, a broader optical selection and a more spacious reception area to better serve its patients' needs.

The facility, which opened in 2005, is one of Berkeley Eye Center's four laser centers for The Woodlands LASIK laser vision correction. Matthew McCauley, M.D., who joined Berkeley Eye Center in 2009, heads The Woodlands facility, accompanied by James Varnell, O.D. and Adam Miller, O.D. In addition to LASIK, Berkeley Eye Center, The Woodlands also provides the following services:

• Comprehensive Eye Exams
• Cataract Surgery and the Latest Lens Implant Technology
• Glaucoma and Diabetic Eye Care
• Retina Care
• Full Service Optical- Eyeglasses and Contact Lenses
