WASHINGTON, DC – On July 4, President Obama will deliver remarks at a naturalization ceremony for active duty service members in the East Room. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will deliver the oath of allegiance. The President will also present the Outstanding American by Choice Recognition.
