March 21, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Patni Computer Systems (NYSE: PTI) opened a new center in Texas and Mexico to provide services to customers based in North America and Latin America. The Texas center will specialize on financial services, insurance, technical support and multi-lingual helpdesk services. The center plans to hire 300 employees. In another development, the Mexican center plans to increase the headcount from the current 40 employees to 200 employees by the end of 2010.
