June 15, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Pepco Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POM) said that Anthony J. Kamerick has been elected senior vice president and chief financial officer. He replaces Paul H. Barry, who resigned on June 12 to pursue other opportunities.

Kamerick was previously elected SVP and chief regulatory officer of PHI on March 1. In his role as CFO, he will continue to be responsible for regulatory affairs, but will no longer hold the title of chief regulatory officer.

The company said that Kamerick will also serve its utility subsidiaries as SVP and CFO of Potomac Electric Power and Delmarva Power and Light and CFO of Atlantic City Electric.

Prior to March 2009, Kamerick was VP and treasurer of PHI since August 1, 2002, and its predecessor, Potomac Electric Power, since 1994. Kamerick has been an employee of PHI and its predecessor, Potomac Electric Power, since 1970 and held various positions in the finance area, including comptroller, prior to 1994.
