In this position, Mr. Orsino will be providing consultation on strategic direction and growth plans for the company. Mr. Orsino is a Corporate Director and the President and CEO of Brightwaters Strategic Solutions Inc., which provides advisory and consulting services.

In addition, Mr. Orsino is a Director of The Bank of Montreal and Chair of the Audit and Conduct Review Committee. He also serves as a Director and member of the Audit Committee of the Minto Group, and is a Director of Hydro One Limited and Chair of the Audit Committee.

Formerly he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeld-Wen Inc. (2011 - 2014), a global integrated manufacturer of building products and from 1984 to 2005 the President and CEO of Masonite International Corporation.
