CHICAGO, USA, April 7, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- As of January 1, 2016, Global Verification Network (GVN), leading provider of background screening services, acquired custom screening solutions provider RedRidge Verification Services (RVS). All of RVS’s assets are now under the ownership of P2 Vertification Services LLC DBA Global Verification Network, which offers the same quality service and professionalism that has defined its operations since its inception.

As part of this new merger, GVN retained all existing personnel, and Mr. Mark Buchmann, a longtime leader at RVS, has stepped into the new role of CEO at GVN. "We saw the acquisition of RVS as the cornerstone to a network of services that GVN will be providing to its clients," Buchmann stated.
