With B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and campaign-based projects in their portfolio, a redesign allowed for testing of different UX strategies and CMS capabilities that will eventually show up in client work. It was also a chance to hone processes that are continually evolving and for the entire team to share a collaborative experience. “We spent nearly nine months on this redesign, analyzing data, scrutinizing ideas and designs,” Gapinski said. “Nine months well-worth it though.”
