Muscat City has moved towards underground waste management

MUSCAT, RUWI, OMAN, October 16, 2014 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Leading Waste Handling & Cleaning Equipment distributors in Oman AlBariq Equipment llc has successfully completed the project installation and operation for Underground Waste Collection System for Muscat Municipality. Speaking on the features of the system the Divisional Manager Mr. Nikson Mathew said that the new system will keep the environment clean and healthy as the bins will be placed underground. There will be no overflowing garbage bins over ground, no foul smell, no parasites on the surface, and the system is easy to access for differently-abled people and children.”

Users will have to open the boxes (throwing pillar) to dump waste.”
As for collection of waste at the press of a button, a hydraulic system access fitted on the truck will lift the platform on which the bins are placed for municipality staff to empty them into trucks. “The whole process gets over in a matter of few seconds,” he said.
