Alexis Rose becomes part of the Knipper team following her role as US Head of Trade Strategy & Operations at Organon, where she led innovative commercial strategies, optimized distribution practices, and developed partnerships across multiple channels. Alexis has a proven record of driving success, including uniting cross-functional teams, improving customer experiences, and generating measurable impact in terms of both revenue and operational efficiency. During her tenure at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), Alexis managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios and created global strategies to strengthen operational performance. She is also a dedicated leader passionate about fostering professional growth in her teams.
Champ Burgess – President of Pharmacy Services
Champ Burgess joins Knipper Health with extensive experience in pharmacy operations, innovation, and healthcare strategy. Formerly Vice President of Health System Strategy at Shields Health Solutions, Champ expanded specialty pharmacy services in collaboration with national health systems. His portfolio also includes serving as Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer at University Hospitals, where he led system-wide pharmacy operations while advancing innovative solutions through UH Ventures. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from East Carolina University, Champ's expertise uniquely positions him to enhance Knipper’s pharmacy programs and service delivery.
Tony Martin – Chief Growth Officer, Pharma Services
Tony Martin brings over 30 years of healthcare and life sciences experience, spanning pharmaceutical manufacturers, providers, and pharmacy benefit management systems. Most recently, Tony served as a leader within Optum Integrated Pharmacies’ Manufacturer & Industry Relations teams. He previously held high-impact roles at Optum Rx, Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), and within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, where he developed strategies that significantly boosted revenue growth. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, Tony’s data-driven approach will play a pivotal role in Knipper Health’s trajectory of sustainable growth.
