Annette is an authority on activating the marketing strategies that help organizations attract, hire, retain and grow talent across the digital landscape. She joins gr8 People with more than 20 years of experience partnering closely with some of the world's leading brands including Quest Diagnostics, Subaru of America, FedEx, QVC and hundreds more.

Leveraging her deep expertise, Annette will be instrumental in advancing gr8 People's position as The One-Experience Talent Platform to Recruit gr8. Worldwide.

Prior to joining gr8 People, DeHaven established and grew the East Coast operations of CKR Interactive, a global recruitment marketing and communications firm. Within the industry, Annette has been recognized for her work through several national awards and the testimony of strong client partnerships that spanned decades. Annette also held leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations, with Alstin Communications, an employer branding agency.

DeHaven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from LaSalle University and a Certification in Graphic Design from Moore College of Art.

Dan is a well-known figure in the talent acquisition field with more than a decade of business development experience. His winning attitude, hands-on experience and keen insights into this space are assets that will enhance gr8 People's expanding leadership team.

Over the course of his professional career, Bussinelli has connected over 500 enterprise organizations with talent technology solutions that empowered their success. At gr8 People, Dan will provide the vision, planning and prioritization for all sales initiatives and execute an impactful growth strategy.

Bussinelli previously served in a vital business development role at Oracle. Additionally, during his tenure at iCIMS he forged strategic partnerships and sales teams that drove record growth for the organization. Earlier in his career, Dan also led sales initiatives for Jobvite and CareerBuilder.

Bussinelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University where he once served as captain of the university’s varsity baseball team and is recognized in their Baseball Hall of Fame.
