(a) Security deposit US$100, 000 (UNITED STATE DOLLORS ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY) is required to summit request for proposal. Security deposit will refund back to non-winning bidders.
(b) Project location map, project layout map and project scope will be attached with request for proposal document.
(c) The proposal document shall be ready for collection from 29th September 2016 onwards. Request for proposal will be closed at 14:00 hours on 15th November 2016.
(d) Request for proposal can be collected with kyats 100, 000 (KYATS ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY) during office hours from the office of Thilawa Property Development Limited in Yangon, Myanmar.
