I love helping other people find who God created them to be and connect them with their authentic soul. That’s where the magic happens!
— Donna Wyland
POWELL, OHIO, USA, October 20, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- You’ve tried to do it the world’s way; you’ve tried to do it your own way. Maybe it’s time you tried it God’s way.

“Who would have thought that if you actually do what the Bible says then life can be pretty darn good?” laughs Donna Wyland, a certified life coach and inspirational writer who works with women in midlife to uncover their unique gifts and talents through the glory of God.

“When you have a greater sense of His presence, that’s where abundance comes from,” says Wyland. “I love helping other people find who God created them to be and connect them with their authentic soul. That’s where the magic happens!”

According to Wyland, the longer you walk with God, the more a desire to serve others builds inside of you. It’s not a component of Christianity, it is Christianity. The only way to cope with transition in a healthy way is to begin at the spiritual level. How can we discover who we were created to be if God is not part of that discovery?

“You have to humble yourself before God begins to help you,” says Donna. “When we surrender control, that’s when amazing things happen.”

Before her spiritual awakening, Wyland had what you might call “everything:” status, prestige and an Aston Martin convertible, the rewards of a controlling, unhealthy 18-year marriage to a wealthy husband.

“You would have thought everyone would want what I had, but I was so miserable,” recalls Wyland. “I was contributing nothing of value to the world. I would wake up and put on the mask and, over time the mask gets heavier and heavier. If you really want authenticity that mask will get so heavy you can’t pick it up anymore."

And so Wyland left the marriage and sold the sports car and three-carat diamond ring, walking away without one person she thought was her friend.

“It wasn’t until the last three years that I finally discovered my sweet spot,” says Wyland. “I’m not anxious and I’m not trying to please anybody else. It’s just God and me. That’s where it stops. It makes life a joy.”

Wyland says the women who find her are often struggling with life, marriage, themselves. They’re searching for truth, peace, joy.

“I can work with anyone,” says Wyland. “The important thing is that they have the heart to discover who they truly were created to be. The Lord knows what we need more than we do. He put the desires in our hearts, and he will fulfill what is best for us…that which will make us most joyful, happy, healthy. We might not even be aware of the true desire of our heart until we know God and follow his way. Seek his kingdom and all these things will be added.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Donna Wyland in an interview with Jim Masters on October 22nd and with Doug Llewelyn on October 29th at 1pm EDT.
