2. Job Description
EIN Presswire is searching for qualified candidates to work full time to answer incoming leads and phone calls, engage with industry and affinity groups as well as build and maintain relationships with affiliates and distribution partners.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and leads from EU and APAC regions
- Identify, contact and engage social media groups (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.) for free trials of our service and long term partnerships
- Identify, contact and onboard potential affiliates
- Identify, contact and develop agreements with distribution partners
- Help refine processes and better systems across the board
- Continuously improve on understanding customer needs and address general and account-specific customer inquiries
- Meet and exceed performance goals
3. Qualified Candidates
EIN Presswire is searching for motivated candidates with previous experience in both customer support and social media marketing. Public relations, sales, exhibition and other business development related experiences are also valued.
In addition qualified candidates will have a pleasant demeanor, professional attitude and an ability to focus on the process of calling. Qualified candidates will be fluent English speakers with confidence and a professional sounding voice.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of customer support experience
- 2 years of marketing experience ideally with a social media focus
- Must be able to self-motivate and deliver as we do not micro-manage
- Ability to work to goals and help define additional goals with critical feedback
- Resilience needed to efficiently manage a steady stream of outbound/inbound customer calls, emails and outreach efforts, etc.
- Ability to adapt communication style to a wide variety of personalities and situations - think on your toes
- Technical savvy to multi-task and navigate through multiple applications with speed and accuracy
- Timeliness and reliability, as it is imperative you are at work on time and adhere to your schedule each day
- You will be responsible to have or acquire fast internet capable of supporting video conferencing. The contract you agree to with your internet provider is your own responsibility
- A secure home office free from background noise or other distractions with access to a webcam for internal calls
- This is a virtual, work from home position. Full time.
