Decision

The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve the draft Regulatory Agenda for Spring2015, without changes. 1 The Regulatory Agenda lists regulatory actions expected to be underdevelopment or review by the agency during the next 12 months and includes those that mayhave a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities, including smallbusinesses. The format is specified by the Office of Management and Budget and it may becombined with the regulatory agenda published in accordance with the Regulatory FlexibilityAct, 5 U.S.C. § 602, and Executive Order 12866.
