Pål Jonson to travel to Poland and Czechia

On 2 September, Minister for Defence Pål Jonson will visit Poland for bilateral meetings and to take part in the MSPO international defence industry exhibition. On 3–4 September, he will visit Czechia to take part in the IISS Prague Defence Summit 2025.
The MSPO in Kielce is one of the largest defence industry exhibitions in Europe, where. Mr Jonson will inaugurate the Swedish pavilion. He will also hold several meetings, including a bilateral meeting with Poland’s Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
Mr Jonson will then travel on to Prague in Czechia to take part in the IISS Prague Defence Summit 2025. The annual conference, arranged by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), focuses on defence issues in the Euro-Atlantic region. Mr Jonson will take part in a panel discussion with the heading ‘A roadmap for the defence of Europe’.
