Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic – Representatives from some of the largest IT companies across world will gather together for the Central Asian IT Business Forum on Friday, March 24, 2023, at the Sheraton Hotel, Bishkek (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) followed by the Central Asian Tech Awards (6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.).  

Building on the success of the September 2022 Central Asian American IT Forum in New York City, the event will showcase the latest IT trends in the region and provide opportunities for business development and growth.  

Business delegations from the Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, and other countries will demonstrate their latest technologies and participate in panel discussions covering topics such as artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, export capacity, and IT education.  A closed meeting of investors and selected startup projects will also be held.      

The evening’s Central Asian Tech Awards 2023 will recognize the top IT companies and leaders in Central Asia across seven categories.  The event is intended to inspire current and future generations of IT specialists and developers to promote their IT innovations and demonstrate the IT potential of Central Asia.  The top prize includes an all-expenses-paid trip to Silicon Valley.  

The Central Asian IT Business Forum and Awards Ceremony is organized and co-sponsored by Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association (KSSDA), High Tech Park, Freedom Pay, Astana Hub, and Kazakh IT Park, with support from the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek.
