TAJIKISTAN, March 21 - On the days of celebration of Navruz holiday, congratulatory letters are arriving addressed to the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon on behalf of a number of heads of state and government of foreign countries and leaders of international and regional organizations on the occasion of the International Day of Navruz.

In the congratulations letter of the President of the United States of America, Joseph Biden, it is written:
