KATY, TX, UNITED STATES, January 24, 2023 /EINPresswire.com/ -- New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers, LP has expanded mental health services and moved into a new building in Katy at 439 Mason Park Blvd., Ste. B, Katy, TX 77450. This is their third treatment center established in the State of Texas, with additional locations in Clear Lake and the Woodlands. To meet the growing demand for mental health and substance abuse services, New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers has increased their physical locations and service delivery options with new programming and introduced new outpatient services.

According to a 2020 survey conducted by the American Psychological Association, 63% of adults in the United States reported that their mental health has been negatively impacted due to the pandemic and other recent world events (1). The pandemic has led to an increase in mental health issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse in people of all ages. The percentage of those who reported symptoms of anxiety or depression worldwide rose by 25% in 2020 alone, via a scientific brief released by the World Health Organization (2).

New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers provides Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Programs for both adults and adolescents 13 years of age or older. These programs are ideal for those who require a high level of attention to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, alcoholism, and a variety of other mental health or substance abuse issues.

The Evening Online Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Program is New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers’ first virtual program for adults. The evening schedule allows individuals to receive supplemental treatment earlier in the day if necessary. These virtual programs are available to anyone age 18 or older who resides within the State of Texas.

Psychological testing is one of the newest services available from New Dimension Day Treatment Centers’ team of experienced professionals. Testing can identify and create a plan to address a wide array of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety and depression, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, addictions, and developmental disabilities. The process consists of three appointments: a fifty-minute informational session, a four-hour assessment, and a final fifty-minute feedback and planning session.

New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers’ highly skilled and multi-disciplinary team specializes in intervention services, virtual treatment programs, and Partial Day and Intensive Outpatient Treatment for adults and adolescents 13 years of age and older. Offering both mental health and substance abuse programs, the services are designed to help both individuals and families develop the skills they need to overcome the challenges of life.
