Foreign minister to attend Queen Elizabeth II's funeral

HÀ NỘI, VIETNAM, September 18 - Foreign Minister Bùi Thanh Sơn will represent Việt Nam to attend the Queen Elizabeth II's funeral in London on Monday, the Foreign Ministry has announced.
