Route 332 to Close for Pipe Replacement in Lower Makefield Township

King of Prussia, PA – Route 332 is scheduled to close in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, on Tuesday, May 24, through Thursday, May 26, and Tuesday, May 31, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for pipe replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work locations are:

  • Route 332 (Yardley Newtown Road) between Mirror Lake Road and Yardley Langhorne Road. During the closure, Route 332 (Yardley Newtown Road) motorists will be directed to use Mirror Lake Road and Yardley Langhorne Road; and
  • Once work is complete at the Route 332 (Yardley Newtown Road) location, Route 332 (Afton Avenue) will be closed and detoured between Sandy Run Road and Lehigh Drive. During the closure, Route 332 (Afton Avenue) motorists will be directed to use Route 332 (Yardley Newtown Road), Creamery Road, Dolington Road, and Main Street.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays may occur. Local access will be maintained during the operation. The schedule is weather dependent.
