Route 282 (Creek Road) to Close Weekdays for Pipe Replacement in East Brandywine, Caln Townships

King of Prussia, PA – Route 282 (Creek Road) is scheduled to close weekdays between Dowlin Forge Road and Glen Ridge Drive in East Brandywine and Caln townships, Chester County, on Friday, April 29, through Tuesday, May 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for pipe replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

During the closure, Route 282 (Creek Road) motorists will be directed to use Dowlin Forge Road, Rock Raymond Road, Hopewell Road, Corner Ketch Road, U.S. 322 (Horseshoe Pike/Manor Avenue) and Pennsylvania Avenue. Local access will be maintained during the operation.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays may occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
