Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will deliver keynote remarks at the Development Exchange Forum to highlight the need for accessible health services for women at the time of birth. She will also commend 77 finalists of the Saving Lives at Birth program for their extraordinary dedication to this issue. This event will take place at approximately 9:15a.m. in the Atrium Hall at the Ronald Reagan Building.

These 77 innovators from around the globe will be in Washington, DC to display their ideas in an open marketplace for the final stage of a competition that aims to find novel ways to deliver new technologies and services to mothers and newborns who live in rural areas of the world and don’t have access to health facilities.
